These are just a couple fun snow pics of kids from this winter.
Maren thought it was fun to sit on the balls once they were made.

This last Sunday, the 18th, we all watched the Church video, Nora's Christmas Gift. Such a good movie. It came to the point in the movie where Nora is at Temple Square and is standing at the statue of Christ in the visitor's center. Maggie mentioned how big the statue must be and it dawned on us both, that we have never taken the kids to Temple Square. We have lived here forever and what bad parents are we! So, we remedied that yesterday on the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. We rode the Frontrunner to Salt Lake, hopped Trax to Temple Square, saw every sight possible, ate at the fanciest restaurant we could find, JB's (Ha, Ha) and then headed home via Trax and Frontrunner. The feeling you get on Temple Square is amazing. It is so nice to get the reminders we often forget. That our family can be forever, that we are Children of our Heavenly Father. The Joseph Smith film was amazing. I can't tell you how many films I have seen on the life of Joseph Smith, but I will tell you what, I learn something new or remember something I had forgotten every time! I should have grabbed more tissue.

Sweet little Maggie lost her first tooth today. 1/20/09 She was so excited. Hey, tooth fairy, if your listening, please don't forget to deposit money under her pillow and remember to take the tooth with you. The tooth fairy seems to run a little behind when it comes to our house sometimes. :)
