Happy Belated Birthday Blog McKenna!

I guess when you have a birthday just before Christmas, you have to get use to things being a little crazy. Our little McKenna turned 10 on the 21st of December. Am I really that old? I remember the nurses bringing her too me, the day before we left the hospital in a Christmas stocking. She truly is a great gift to us. Instead of a birthday party, she chose to take a few friends to the movies instead. They saw "The Princess and The Frog." That is why there are no pictures this time.. Here is a look at some birthday pasts......

Our little DIVA! We love you, McKenna.

New Years Eve fun!

What fun is New Years Eve without silly string and confetti poppers? This year we rocked in the New Years with all the cousins at Grandpa and Grandma Florence's. We played lots of games, watched movies and ate until almost exploding. Good times, Good times!

ASA - Annual Sledding Adventure!

Around Christmas time, Trent's side of the family does an annual sledding day. This year we did it on New Years Eve. Here was all our fun!

McKenna couldn't be more excited.

I snapped this as she went on by on her tube.

Go Maren, Go. Look out below!
He made it all the way! Go Daddy!

I almost forgot Christmas Eve!

We always use to spend Christmas Eve with my Grandma Rutherford my parents. My parents were out of town and now that she has passed and my brother Keven lives up here now, we spent it with his family and my Grandpa Lindsay.

We gave my niece Savannah an industrial box of Mac-n-cheese. She loves the stuff!

Maren got PJ's and a puppy purse.

Maggie opened her annual PJ's and this year a Pug purse.

My Mom and Dad got Trent and I this beautiful picture of the Jordan River Temple. Thirteen years ago, that is where our story began.

Another Wonderful Christmas! Ho, Ho, Ho

What a fun, lazy Christmas. We started opening at 7:30 am, had breakfast at 9:00am and didn't go anywhere the whole day. This is the first time in 13 years of marriage that we haven't gone anywhere. We sure broke in the four-wheeler. The kids had a blast being pulled around the field. Here is a summary of what we received:
McKenna got a boom box, clothes and DS games
Brenden got a lego set, clothes, alarm clock and PSP games

Maggie got an American Girl doll and clothes, Pictureka and clothes
Maren got an American Girl Bitty Baby and clothes, Barbie movie and clothes
Mommy got her first SLR camera and a Fossil wallet and purse
Daddy got a Pheasant mounted, two church DVD's and a new rasp for doing horse shoes

Ginger got a bag of dog bones which she was very protective over.
